Refund Policy

If for any reason customers are unhappy with their purchase, they may return it within 28 days of receipt in an unused/unworn condition along with the original packaging and receipt of purchase. In this case we will offer a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to return your purchase, you must choose a method of postage which provides a unique consignment number for reference and which also provides a tracking facility. Please note that postage returns costs will only be refunded if the stock which was purchased is deemed to be faulty, or the wrong item was dispatched. Return postage costs will not be refunded for items which were ordered incorrectly. If any item is to be returned, please contact Football Focus Sdn. International customers can use any local courier service for goods they wish to return to us but they must use a returns service with a tracking facility and they must supply us with a consignment number. Please note that relevant insurance against loss and/or damage should be used wherever needed. Football Focus Sdn. Bhd. will not accept responsibility for any goods returned to us which are sent without the use of a track and trace service or without an official consignment number.
